These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 639clu online gaming platform, accessible at 639clu.com and through any related mobile browser access. 639clu is an online gaming service operated for the Philippine market. References to "639clu," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to the platform and its operating entity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 639clu, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you accept them unconditionally. To register for and use a 639clu account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not be excluded from online gaming by any applicable self-exclusion programme or legal restriction.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active 639clu account. Only one account per person is permitted.

639clu reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, or driver's licence. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending submission of required documents.

Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age or identity, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639clu login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any other person.

639clu employs SSL encryption and OTP (one-time password) verification to help secure your account. However, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 639clu support immediately. Any transactions completed on your account before a report of unauthorised access is received may be treated as valid unless there is clear evidence of a platform-side security failure.

639clu reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

All deposits to your 639clu account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Accepted payment channels include Philippine online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and local e-wallets available to Philippine-based account holders.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 639clu. Deposits made via payment methods not listed as accepted may not be credited and may be subject to return, less any applicable processing costs incurred.

Funds deposited into your 639clu account must only be used for gaming activities on the platform. Deposited funds are not held in a trust or escrow account and do not earn interest.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your 639clu account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. Any deposits suspected of being associated with money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities and the relevant account will be suspended immediately.

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or linked local payment method in Philippine Peso. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method that matches the name on your 639clu account.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a platform requirement and is not negotiable regardless of the withdrawal amount.

639clu processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel selected and applicable bank or payment provider timelines. You can find more information in the Withdrawal section.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending review if the account shows unusual activity, if verification is incomplete, or if the request is flagged by our security systems. In these cases, 639clu will communicate the reason for any delay.

639clu offers live casino games, online slots, fish shooting games, sports betting, eBingo, and other game categories through the platform. Each game category may have its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools in any game category.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game format.
• Any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of promotional systems.

All game outcomes on 639clu are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes, depending on the game type. 639clu does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the mathematically established house edge that is disclosed within each game's paytable or rules.

639clu takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming on our platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It is not a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or recovering losses.

Players are encouraged to set personal limits on deposits, session duration, and wager amounts. If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming difficult to control, you should contact our support team to request a self-exclusion period or access to additional responsible gaming tools.

639clu will not contact excluded players with promotional communications for the duration of any active self-exclusion period. We take the welfare of our players seriously and will cooperate fully with any player who wishes to manage or limit their gaming activity.

639clu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe that an account is being used fraudulently or in connection with illegal activity.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without any gaming activity.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where a closure is not the result of a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable reviews are completed.

639clu provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service outages, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639clu's total liability to any player arising from or related to use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's active 639clu account at the time the claim arises.

639clu is not responsible for any loss of winnings or inability to access funds caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government actions, or third-party payment provider failures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 639clu that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

639clu reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
