The username and password method is the most familiar approach. Enter the username you chose when you registered, then your password. If you want the platform to remember your session on that device, use the "Remember me" option – though for security reasons, we don't recommend this on shared or public devices.

The mobile OTP method is a good option if you've forgotten your password or simply prefer SMS-based access. Enter your registered Philippine mobile number, request the OTP, enter the six-digit code that arrives by SMS, and you're in. OTPs expire quickly, so enter the code promptly when you receive it.

Keeping Your 639clu Account Secure

Your 639clu account holds your verified identity, your PHP balance, and your transaction history – so keeping it secure is worth a few minutes of attention. Here are the habits that matter most:

• Use a strong, unique password. Avoid passwords you've used on other accounts or anything easy to guess like your birthdate or mobile number.
• Don't share your login details. Never give your username, password, or OTP to anyone – including people claiming to be 639clu staff. Our support team will never ask for your password.
• Avoid logging in on shared devices. If you use a shared computer or phone – at a net cafe or a friend's place – don't use the "remember me" option and always log out when you're done.
• Watch for OTP requests you didn't make. If you receive an OTP without requesting one, don't enter it anywhere. Someone may be attempting to access your account. Contact support immediately.
